Please read these terms carefully. By enrolling in any program at Levelup Creativity, you agree to be bound by these legal guidelines designed to protect our community and intellectual property.
Introduction & Definitions
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Levelup Creativity platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the website.
The term "Levelup Creativity" refers to the owner of the platform. The term "You" or "Your" refers to the user or student of our service.
- "Academy" refers to the educational environment provided by Levelup Creativity.
- "Content" means any curriculum, video, text, or code provided as part of the course material.
Intellectual Property & Media Usage
Ownership
All curriculum, proprietary workflows, and training materials provided by Levelup Creativity are the exclusive property of the Academy and are protected by international copyright laws.
Media & Sharing
Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the materials for personal educational growth. Recording of live sessions is strictly prohibited.

Course Enrollment & Policies
Enrollment Rules
Enrollment is binding upon payment. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Levelup Creativity reserves the right to refuse admission to any applicant without assigning reason.
Mentor & Session Policy
Mentorship sessions must be booked 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 12 hours of the session start time will be counted as a 'used' session.
Course Completion & Certification
Certificate Eligibility
Certificates are only issued to students who have submitted 100% of the deliverables and upon submission, those deliverables have to be approved by the designated mentor.
Non-Completion
Students who do not complete within the specified cohort timeframe will lose access to certification opportunities but retain course material access.
Additional Evaluation
Re-evaluations for failed final assessments may be subject to a nominal administrative fee.
Job Support & Placement Terms
Overview
We provide career guidance, including resume building and mock interviews. This is a support service, not a job guarantee.
Eligibility
Requires completion of all assignments which should be approved by the “Academy” Mentor.
Duration
Support is provided for 6 months for UI/UX Couse and 9 months for VFX Animation course
Revocation
Placement support may be revoked for unprofessional conduct or lack of active participation in the job search process.
Location
Placement assistance is focused all over India
Job Board Access
Active students and alumni in good standing gain exclusive access to our internal job board. Levelup Creativity acts as a bridge between partners and talent; however, Levelup Creativity does not control the hiring decisions of external companies.
Learner Conduct & Discipline
Integrity
Plagiarism, cheating on assessments, or misrepresentation of skills will result in immediate expulsion without refund.
Respectful communication with mentors and peers.
No harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior.
Adherence to the Academy's privacy policies regarding peer data.
Community Guidelines
Our Whatsapp community platform, is a space for professional growth. Users must maintain a constructive tone. Spamming, self-promotion of unrelated services, and solicitation of other students for private projects are strictly forbidden.
Eligibility Requirements
Programs are open to individuals aged 18 and above. Applicants under 18 require written parental consent. Basic proficiency in English (Reading/Writing) is required for all curriculums.
Course Prerequisites
Skills
No prior experience or technical knowledge is required for UI/UX or VFX Animation courses. Only basic computer knowledge is needed.
Device & Tools
Students must have a modern laptop (min 8GB RAM for UI/UX) and (min 16GB RAM for VFX Animation) online students do require a stable high-speed internet connection.
Third-Party EMI Finance
Eligibility: Finance options are provided by third-party lenders and are subject to their credit approval processes.
Process: The Academy facilitates the application but is not responsible for loan approvals or rejections.
Time: Finance approval typically takes 48-72 business hours.
Charges: Late payment fees and interest rates are governed by the lender's terms.
Ineligible Professions: Students from certain high-risk sectors (as defined by lenders) may be ineligible for specific EMI schemes.
Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified via email or a platform-wide announcement. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
