Refund Policy
At Levelup Creativity, we ensure transparency in our financial commitments. Please review our policies regarding admissions, orientation, and batch transfers.
Refund After Admission
Valid before orientation session
- Students can request a refund within 7 days of their initial admission date if the orientation has not yet occurred.
- A processing fee of 10% of the total paid amount will be deducted as administrative charges.
Refund Before Orientation
Critical pre-start timeline
- If a refund request is submitted within 10 days before the scheduled orientation, 20% of the total course feewill be deducted. The remaining amount will be refunded.
- Refund processing typically takes 7-10 business days after approval.
No Refund After Orientation
Course commencement finality
Once the orientation session has concluded and the course material has been shared, no refund requests will be entertained.
Batch Transfer Policy
Flexibility for unforeseen circumstances
- Students may request a batch transfer within the first 14 days of the course.
- In emergencies, students may change batches once, subject to availability; further changes require module-based fee payment and may involve a wait of up to three months.
- A transfer fee of ₹500 applies to all batch changes.
- Transfers are subject to seat availability in the requested batch.
